Established in 2016, JFIA Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. emerged as one of China's earliest specialists in 45° bevel edge banding machine manufacturing. We pioneered the industry's first integrated glue application system for fixed 45° bevel and bevel-straight edge processing. Responding to evolving high-end minimalist furniture demands, we’ve developed diverse edge banding solutions including 45°, 18°, 30° angles and specialized J, C, L, T-slot profiles. Our machines now serve 17 global markets across Canada, Australia, the United States, Southeast Asia and beyond.
In 2020, we initiated our straight edge bander project. After years of dedicated development, we launched the SKL810 intelligent flexible CNC edge banding system in March 2025 — marking our strategic entry into mainstream equipment and establishing new benchmarks for domestic manufacturers. This fully servo-controlled machine features formula-based trimming presets, integrated laser thickness detection, magnetic-levitation horizontal trimming, and single-cutter tracking technology. With self-developed critical components across multiple units, we’ve achieved unprecedented supply chain autonomy and technological independence. We continue to expand our product portfolio in alignment with market evolution.
